How can I get a non chexsystems bank account anywhere in the US?

I am looking for a bank that does not use chexsystems but will open to anyone in the US.

ohh or you could pay off chexsystems, and beg every bank in town to give you an account until one says yes (it's what i had to do a few years ago)
Reply:You can either call the banks in your area and ask if they use ChexSystems or you can do a search for banks that do not use ChexSystems. I know there is a website somewhere, but I cannot remember it. You could also check to see if any banks in your area offer second chance accounts.





I do agree with the previous poster who said you should pay the bank that has you listed with ChexSystems.
Reply:I am also in chexsystems and have tried to check all around so I can open an account.. I finally went to the bank that I owe and I made payment arrangements with them to pay off my balance with that bank... They have assured me that once its paid back they will remove me from chex systems or else they will contact chex systems and have them put down that my balance is paid and satisfied. I have found that for me, its the easiest way around it. good luck 2 u
