How long does it take for a runescape account to be unlocked?

my account has been locked for about 3 days now and im wondering when i can get it back.





It wasn't a huge offence i think, but all it said was it is locked because they think someone could have stolen it. Some people say 3 days but it has already been 3 days and some say 1 month - 2 months. So im not sure.

Reply:Well, once I got my account lock, and it took me 2 days to unlock it. When your account its lock the only thing you can do its show them that its your account.





Your account can't be unlocked any time, it could be in one day more or a month. The best way to unlock it its to prove that its your account. You will have to answer many questions. The more correct answeres you make the faster you will get your account unlock.

Reply:If you've made a recovery attempt, then it should take at least 3 days for it to be returned to you. This is to allow time for Jagex to fully investigate your claim and allow for any other claims of ownership to be placed.





The more claims, the longer it will take cause Jagex has to investigate each of these to ensure that the real owner is getting the account returned to them.

Reply:it is not fixed. do you know why your acc is blocked? if you used bots, it will take a long time i think.

Reply:i think it depends on the offence for me it took me about a week or 5 days till i got mine back so find something else to do and just wait until it gets unlocked
