Can you go to jail for not paying account recovery corporation? I owe for a dell and plan to pay when working.
We don't have debtors prison anymore. No you can't go to jail. But you can get sued. And they will win if you owe. And they will get more than just what you currently owe them. Add in court costs and their lawyer fees.

Reply:There is no "debtor's prison". This would be a civil action, no jail time unless there is a court order and you do not follow what the court says
