How many times do you have to put copyrighted videos and get caught until you lose your account on youtube?

I've already got caught with one video and they deleted it. That's ok but I want to know how many chances I have in case I do it again my mistake.
How many times do you have to put copyrighted videos and get caught until you lose your account on youtube?
It depends whether youtube see you as a 'repeat infringer". Also, it can depend how a copyright owner acts to their content being on youtube. In some cases, a copyright owner may want to sue the infringer but its not likely that it will happen.
Reply:Its usually 2 times but most companies don't even care anymore its unually only Viacom that removes most videos you got to be careful Viacom owns Paramount Pictures, VH1, TV Land, The N, all the different Nickelodeon channels, all the MTV channels, comedy central, BET, CMT, and some others so if you upload any videos from those stations your screwed a good way to get around copyrights is to make your video then take out certain parts and add a little extra like half way through stop the video and say time for a bathroom break or something funny to make the video different this will give you a little extra time other good tricks to work under the radar that you can use are.

1. if you are going to put copyright material on don't have a profile picture just leave it like it was when you made your account this will make them less likely to check you account.

2. don't use the normal names like if you are doing south park which is a very commen one don't say South Park- episode 12 or whatever say SP12 and people will eventually catch on and keep there mouths shut.

3. a very important one is block all comments because you dont want people saying hey why not just say South Park or I love South Park this is a dead giveaway.

4. the last one is never trick out your channel I know its fun to make it look good but don't make yourself look like a normal account with no videos block all channel comments and favorites basically everything that makes people want to check your account to keep your channel views down and if you want to be really safe shut off you subscribe button and reupload your shows every month or so to start the views over to keep them down

follow these steps and you can work under the radar and not have to worry I have a account now with 47 episodes of DBZ and I used my steps and I still have them all.

Reply:One more.

I uploaded a South Park video (made by me but using clips from episodes) and it got removed. I then added a football video and then I got suspended.

So basically, first it's a warning, second, you're screwed.
Reply:wow, excellent question, mine just got canceled today after the 5 time.

so just lay low for a while, don't upload anything in few days, should be fine. by the way check out my new channel; http://www.youtube.com/user/bomborolo3
Reply:three times but it depends... sometimes in a single video, the account is suspended.
