How do you transfer computer programs from one account to another?

I have one windows computer at home that I share with my parents, and we both have seperate login accounts with the whole privacy business and stuff. In my parents' account, there is a virus check program type of thing called "spybot" something. Does anyone know how or if it's even possible to transfer that program into my login account?

It is already installed.

Should just be able to go to Start%26gt; programs %26gt; spybot, or go into my computer and browse program files folder for Spybot Search and Destroy. Open (i think this is the file) sdmain.exe or spybot.exe
Reply:Spybot is free ,you can download it from the website http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirro...
Reply:You need administrative power to install any software.

check whether spybot is working your account.
