How do I open an Ebay account after I was suspended on a previous account?

About a year ago, I opened an Ebay account looking to buy something I couldn't find in stores. Accidentally, I bid on two of the same product from different sellers, and then I won both auctions. I contacted one of the sellers to explain the situation, but he didnt beleive and left me an umpaid item stike.

The thing is that eventhough I appealed for that stike, I could never take the suspension away and cant buy/or sell on ebay anymore.

I even tried to open another accoun with a different card, but they suspend every account I open because they find it is linked with the preious suspended account.

I really want to know any advice for this. Thank you.

HI

Remember that any information you put in your original Ebay account then use again in other accounts will link you.

If you open a new account, you cannot use any information you have used in your old

account(s).

Examples:

Email addresses for shipping receiving,Pay Pay Pal account and setting up your Registration - you cannot use any old email addresses used in old accounts.

Postal addresses -

Phone numbers

Pay pal account or any account info they ask for.

Ebay uses tracking cookies to watch your acitivities on your computer and get your information. It's a file automatically downloaded on to your computer when you sign in to Ebay and Paypal.

Do not use same passwords

Close your old accounts on Ebay and Paypal then

Make new accounts at a library and make absolutely sure you do not use any of information from any of your old accounts.

When you get home go into internet options and delete your cookies, and history. Then completely turn off your computer and reboot.

From there you should be able to go into your new account without worries.

Your two biggest issues will be making a new shipping address and changing your Paypal account info.

You will need a different address to recieve things, to register and to sell.

You may need to change your banking account information as well.

Whatever is in your Paypal account - will be used in your Ebay account if you use Paypal to buy or sell.

If you are going to use your paypal account, you need to close it and make a new one and put new source of funding into the new Paypal account. make sure to set up the Paypal account at the library too.

Remember Ebay and Paypal are in Kahootz and will work together. You cannot use any of the same info in either account from past accounts.

If you have to use Paypal to pay - do not put your Paypal info in ebay at all. You can ususally pay a seller directly without going through Ebay. However, I would close my old Paypal account and open a new one with none of your old information.
Reply:Do not waste your time with eBay, I got suspended recently. They will not help you. Get yourself a new account like I did and avoid the wait and hassles. lobbay.com is a good service I recommend. Report Abuse

Reply:When your account is suspended, eBay will send a notification to the registered email address associated with your account. This email will also appear on your “My Messages” page in “My eBay.”

If you do not know why you were suspended or if for some reason you do not receive a notice, contact eBay for more information.

For what ever reasons you were suspended, the bottom line is that you have to contact ebay and eat crow so to speak. Tell them you made a mistake, you are sorry and you will never do that again. This worked for me. I messed up on one of 5 ID's and I was suspended on all accounts for I seem to remember it was about 30 days. Then when I appolgized for my error, they reinstated me on all accounts. Try it, be apologetic.
