I just got a new computer, and I can't figure out how to transfer my info. I've made a backup and tried to upload it, but it just won't update into my new computer.. Anyone have any ideas?
How do you transfer all of your MS Money account info from one computer to another?
MS Money stores information in a file with a MNY extension. You should be able to just move this file from one machine to another and all of your account details be copied. The MBF (Backup) files can also be used through the Restore from Backup option but I've used the first option many times without any problems.
