I am looking to not touch my money for about a year or so. I live in NYC and have no clue so according to the market situation which bank would be the best?

Reply:Honestly, I enjoy E*Trade Bank. Sure, it's a big on-line, non-localized bank, but I have thoroughly enjoyed the customer service and features with the account. The APY is one of the best I've seen around lately (3.3%). It's extremely easy and quick to open an account--no hoops to jump through.
Reply:Find a small Bank. The major banks don't know whats going on.
