How do you tranfer documents from one login account to another in Windows Vista?

Ok, so there can be multiple logins on a computer with windows vista, but I was wondering how you can take all the documents and files from one login and transfer them all to another login, if possible. If anyone could please help me with this matter, that would be awesome!

Back up all your personal data to CD / DVD from the existing account.





Log in to the new account and Drag %26amp; Drop the back up files as needed.
