I called them on the 4th of april and they only sent me 1 email pertaining this problem.
How much longer will they take.

Based on how you stated your issue, and the fact that there's a Code of Conduct on Xbox Live, I'd say you won't have to wait much longer before they tell you that you've violated their CoC and that your account is closed.
