A recent update on my windows hotmail account changed the layout of my email, which I don't like. How can I go back to the way it was?
How do you downgrade back to the old hotmail account?
I don't think you can. You used to be able to switch between the classic version and the full version but they have combined both now to give you more space etc. I didn't like it either the first time I opened it but I prefer it now. Maybe we just get set in our ways!
Reply:We can't. Hotmail just recently said that that will be the hotmail version from now on.

Reply:.try deleting all cookies, history etc., the on your search bar type in www.msn.com when it comes up find the site u want and right next to it should be cached page click on that and see if that doesn't get u old page.
