Some one had stolen the user name and password and taken the money from Pay Pal account. So where we can complain?
What can we do if the Pay Pal account money is transferred using password by some one else?
You can always state your user name and password here and i'll get right on it. But seriously, tell paypal and close your account.
Reply:Tough luck you loose the money pay pal will not take the reap. for your lost of money.
Reply:the money is lost but you just have to close the account before anything more happens
